We ship globally, please be reminded for this reason to always write up your full details for the address including telephone number. Our courier unfortunately does not accept PO Boxes.

 

Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary due to international logistics factors. Here are estimated times:
* Taiwan: 1-2 weeks
* Asia (HK, Japan, etc.): ：1-3 months
* USA, EU, Rest of the world: 1-6 months

Return Policy

You can return your items by letting Acorn know within 7 working days starting from the delivery date. Return generates a 100% product(s) cost refund. If the product(s) is missing or faulty, we will also refund the returning delivery costs. The refund can be settled through bank transfer (Taiwan) or PayPal.

Please let us know the payment period you prefer by contacting info@acorn.com. Partial returns will correspond to partial refunds. The returned product(s) must be in their original conditions and properly packed, possibly in their original packaging. If the original packaging is broken or not available, you must use an appropriate alternative package for the return of the product.

 

Warranty

Under normal use and without deliberate damage, Acorn Studio offers a one-year warranty for products produced and manufactured by Acorn Studio (products not produced or manufactured by Acorn Studio and damages due to subsequent normal use are not covered by the warranty).
