Happy Mid Autumn Festival!
Around this time last year we launched LUNA here, sharing our vision with you, never imagining that so many people shared our same dream.
Tonight, September 15th, when the moon will be at its roundest and brightest moment, in what is considered the Asian Thanksgiving, and we do think of you and thank you and hope that you will have the time to be able to gaze and marvel at its sight.
For those of you who have not received LUNA yet, we have sent out an e-mails to confirm with us the addresses, and most important the phone numbers previously given to us, as orders are ready for shipping. Please let us know, the emails were sent from support@acorn.space. For any type you run into a problem with LUNA please also do contact us.
Rewinding this 2016 we have had delays, some of you were deeply disappointed by the amount of time that it took, others had damages due to shipment and so forth. To this day we haven’t forgotten any of the past incidents and made steps to make sure these events won’t occur again.
As for LUNA, thank you for the love shown to us, the pictures shared on Instragram, the thoughtful lovely messages that you have left us. We enjoyed taking a small part of your life. We are making improvements on LUNA itself: after the LED improvements, other developments will be implemented in the next months to render it even better. The newer one will be easier to handle, more durable, and hopefully delighting you even more.
