How can I check the order status?

Can the artwork be shipped to my country?
Our artworks can be shipped worldwide. After adding the item to your cart, simply click the checkout button and enter your complete shipping address — you will then be able to see the estimated shipping cost.
If your shipping destination is not listed in the selection menu, please feel free to contact us.
Do the artworks require a power source?
The Planet and Lumenborn Painting series artworks, including LUNA, Moon Titan, Nomad, Pluto, Mercury, and Fullness.
・For Ø 8cm pieces, you can alternate between a wireless light cap (battery-powered) and a wired base (USB-powered).
・For Ø 15cm pieces, they are powered via USB connection.
・For pieces Ø 30cm and above, they use a standard wall outlet.
・Lumenborn Painting use a standard wall outlet.
Nocturnal Gemstone series are naturally luminescent artworks.
They require a dark room (dimmer than a movie theater) to observe their glow. Like the real night sky, these pieces are sensitive to light pollution, and the best viewing experience is achieved in complete darkness.
How do I choose the size for the Planet Series?
All sizes refer to the diameter of the sphere. You may choose based on your space and the desired setting. When used as a hanging installation, the piece may appear visually smaller, so if possible, we recommend selecting one size larger than your initial preference.
Regarding large-sized pieces (Ø 30cm and above):
・Place Directly: The accessory includes a power plug, allowing you to connect it directly to a standard household outlet. The plug type will be customized according to the destination country.
・Used for hanging: The accessory includes steel cables and mounting hardware. Installation is similar to a standard pendant light, and we recommend hiring a professional electrician for installation.
・Bulb replacement: The piece uses a standard E27 bulb. Simply unscrew the lamp cover to replace the bulb.

How do I replace the light bulb of old version LUNA?

Please note that the light bulb that you might want to purchase later on will need to fit through the lid opening. Ensure while purchasing the new light's glass bulb width does not exceed the following measurement.
