How can I check the order status?

Can the artwork be shipped to my country?

Yes! Our artworks can be shipped worldwide.
After adding the item to your cart, simply click the checkout button and enter your complete shipping address — you will then be able to see the estimated shipping cost.

Do the artworks require a power source?

The Planet series artworks, including LUNA, Moon Titan, Nomad, Pluto, and Mercury, are all electrically illuminated.
・For Ø 8cm pieces, you can alternate between a wireless light cap (battery-powered) and a wired base (USB-powered).
・For Ø 15cm pieces, they are powered via USB connection.
・For pieces Ø 30cm and above, they use a standard wall outlet (compatible with all voltages).

Nocturnal Gemstone series are naturally luminescent artworks.
They require a dark room (dimmer than a movie theater) to observe their glow. Like the real night sky, these pieces are sensitive to light pollution, and the best viewing experience is achieved in complete darkness.

How do I replace the light bulb of old version LUNA?

Older version of Luna 15cm and 20cm

Older version of Luna 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, and 60cm 

Please note that the light bulb that you might want to purchase later on will need to fit through the lid opening. Ensure while purchasing the new light's glass bulb width does not exceed the following measurement.
