More Hands, More LUNAs on the Way | Luna: Bring the moon along with you

To our dearest friends and supporters.

This is in regard to those who have placed your orders on our crowdfunding campaign.

We sincerely apologize if some of you are experiencing some delay in delivery of the products you ordered with us. As you might remember LUNAs are hand crafted and we are going through some unforeseen delay. This, combined with shipping closing for national holidays for four days will lead to a delay of approximate one to two weeks’ delay for sizes below L.

We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We have equipped our departments with more number of artists and hopefully the delay won’t be too long.

You are loyal and supportive, and we are grateful to you for your commitment towards us. We’ll try to make it up to you.

If you wish to inquire more on your status please feel free to contact us on Facebook or via e-mail.
